{"id":4213,"date":"2026-03-21T14:46:37","date_gmt":"2026-03-21T14:46:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/narjesmohammadi.com\/?p=4213"},"modified":"2026-03-21T14:46:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-21T14:46:45","slug":"stories-depict-freedom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/narjesmohammadi.com\/?p=4213","title":{"rendered":"Stories Depict Freedom \u2014 Curated Animation Program, Koppelkerk (2025)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In 2025, marking 80 years of freedom in the Netherlands, I was invited by Koppelkerk to curate a special animation program exploring the theme of freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the exhibition <em>Stories Depict Freedom<\/em>, the program looked beyond the end of World War II to examine how freedom is experienced or denied in different personal, social, and political contexts. The selected works expressed, questioned, and redefined the concept of freedom from diverse perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program featured five animated films centred on this theme.
